HOW DO YOU GET KNEE PAIN TO GO AWAY?

Knee pain is probably one of the most common orthopedic problems and can be caused by age-based arthritic changes, ligament injury, or a combination of issues. CAN NECK PAIN BE A SIGN OF SOMETHING SERIOUS?

While isolated neck pain can be caused by a sprain or strain, neck pain accompanied by radiating pain down the hand associated with a loss of sensation is something serious. Get an X-ray of your neck and consult the nearest orthopaedic doctor in your area

WHAT CAUSES LOWER BACK PAIN?

Lower back pain is a fairly common condition and can be caused by prolonged desk work and improper posture. However, one important but often missed cause is called degenerative disc disease. If your lower back pain is chronic and if you have accompanying numbness in one or both legs, you must see your orthopedic doctor for a possible disc prolapse.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY HAND IS FRACTURED?

If you have severe pain while squeezing something or while moving your fingers to different positions, then you should suspect a fracture. Look for associated swelling in the area of the pain as well. A simple X-Ray will usually point out the site of the fracture
